The impact of COVID-19 is visible to every corner of the world and we have taken measures to make sure our policy is adjusted accordingly keeping employees in mind.
One of our core values is “Employee Satisfaction ", so keeping that in mind, we enabled the entire workforce to work remotely full time at their convenient location. In order to monitor and provide any necessary support, we have set up a COVID Management Team (CMT) reporting directly to the CEO. We set up regular e-meetup and updates on the situation and discuss their well-being.
While we understand it’s a difficult time and situation worldwide is not completely in control, we are doing our best to provide every possible support to our partners for their business continuity. So far we have been able to make sure that our delivery and support commitment is not impacted due to the pandemic. We will continue our best to meet all timeline and commitment. We make sure we have a contingency plan for every new engagement that we start. We are also committed to security of the software implementation and services by setting up additional equipment and enhancing our facility to allow secure and seamless work from home experience by our employees.
